BS Job Point functions as a specialized candidate placement agency and career consulting gateway. By accessing our services, browsing career openings, or submitting your application profile:

• You acknowledge that BS Job Point is an intermediary partner connecting qualified candidates with corporate employers.
• You agree that submitting a resume or profile does not establish a contract of employment with BS Job Point.
• We make best-effort endeavors to audit and align your qualifications with active openings, but we do not guarantee immediate placements or employment offers.

Integrity is the cornerstone of our corporate services. As a candidate, you agree to:

• Provide 100% accurate, authentic, and current details regarding your education, technology certifications, experience, and contact info.
• Submit your own genuine professional resume in PDF format (maximum size 5MB) without containing misleading qualifications.
• Refrain from uploading files containing malicious scripts, viruses, or corrupt data blocks.

Providing falsified qualifications, credentials, or mimicking another individual is a serious breach and will result in permanent blacklisting from BS Job Point active placement portals.

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise our online security systems. This includes:

• Attempting to bypass our recaptcha verification mocks or automated protection filters.
• Brute-forcing or scanning our secure administrative dashboard log-in gateways.
• Injecting malicious scripts or carrying out denial of service attacks against our dynamic Next.js server routers.

These Terms of Service and any placement activities carried out under them shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Government of India. Any legal disputes or actions arising from the services rendered on this site will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belagavi, Karnataka, India.
